Fantasy sports are viewed as skill-based games and are permitted in many areas of India. By participating, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and not located in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, or Telangana, where such activities are restricted.

Welcome to GrandCup! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our fantasy sports game application and services (the "Service"). 1. Eligibility

You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation or for any unauthorized or fraudulent purpose. You also agree not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service.

4. Fantasy Sports Gameplay

GrandCup allows users to create and manage fantasy sports teams based on real-life athletes’ performances. The scoring system and rules of each game will be clearly defined within the Service. You agree to adhere to the rules and regulations of each fantasy league you participate in and to respect the outcomes generated by such leagues.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, graphics, design, and code associated with GrandCup are the proprietary intellectual property of GrandCup or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use of the Service or its content is strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. GrandCup reserves the right to monitor your conduct and to take appropriate action if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior that disrupts the Service or its community.

7. Termination

GrandCup reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may also terminate your account at any time by notifying us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GrandCup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if GrandCup has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GrandCup operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction, and any disputes shall be resolved in those courts.
